United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales)
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:30 will ordinarily be despatched the same day of order placement and our aim is to deliver your products the very next day via First Class Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery service. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the first Monday following order placement date and with the same delivery arrangements. The only exception to this is during UK Bank Holidays when your order will despatched on the first available working day following the Bank Holiday. (Please note whilst we endeavour to deliver the next day, there may be slight delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands).
Overseas Deliveries
Delivery times throughout the European Union and European Countries may vary however we endeavour to have your products delivered between 3-5 days.
Delivery times in countries such as South Africa, Dubai, Australia, San Marino, Hong Kong, Iceland, Greenland, Indonesia etc... may also vary however we endeavour to have your products delivered between 5-10 days.
All prescription orders delivered outside the UK will be sent via First Class Royal Mail International Recorded Signed For delivery service and a signature will be required on the receipt of your goods. There is a charge of £GBP10.00 payable for this service and delivery normally takes between 5-10 days. There are faster delivery options available and to find out more details please email our customer services team direct, clearly specifying your exact requirements. You can also specify on your order placement for your order to be delivered to an alternative address including your office, members of your family, your local post office or hotel room.
Medical Prescriptions 2U do not believe in hidden charges or costs, the price that is displayed to you at your secure online check out is the price you pay. All our deliveries are despatched in discreet opaque packaging and we unreservedly guarantee confidentiality of your purchase is respected at all times.
To confirm our courier will require a signature as confirmation of delivery receipt and if for some reason there is no one available, a calling card will be left for your attention. The card will provide details of when and from where your package can be collected or alternatively will also have a contact number where you may re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.
