Payment is only taken once your online consultation has been approved by one of our doctors and issued prescription has been submitted to one of our MP2U pharmacies. MP2U Step 2
Once your order has been placed and your online consultation has been submitted, one of our EU GMC and MHRA registered doctors will review the information and either approves or declines your consultation based on the facts presented. In the event your consultation is declined, you will be notified immediately by email and/or telephone and your order will be cancelled.
For orders which are approved, a prescription will then be immediately issued and payment for your order will at this stage only now be taken via our safe and secure payment provider.
MP2U Step 3
Once your order prescription has been issued by one of our doctors, it will be immediately processed by one of our pharmacists who will select the correct medication accordingly, check the date and batch number and then print the required labels. A final check by the pharmacist will be made against the prescription and then your medication is placed in a discreet envelope ready for despatch to you.
MP2U Step 4
All UK orders received by 4.30pm Monday to Friday are despatched that very same day with Royal Mail and are delivered the next working day.
