1 General
1.1 Medical Prescriptions 2U trading as MP2U Limited, UK Company Registration Number 7263735 Registered Head Office: 40a London Road, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 7DZ, undertakes to send the user for a free online consultation with a UK registered medical practitioner under the professional guidance of MP2U medical practitioner Dr Paul Cronin, GMC Registration Number 3056712, MPS Registration Number 365204, to deal with and treat your medical complaint.
1.2 Such consultation and treatment are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.3 We feel that it is in your best interests that you give us permission to contact your general practitioner about any medications that we prescribe. If you do not agree to us contacting your general practitioner then you accept that it is your responsibility to keep your general practitioner informed of any medications prescribed by us during the course of your next consultation with him/her. Where you do not give us permission to contact your general practitioner, we accept that the doctor allocated to you by us will take full responsibility for your care and aftercare while you remain a client of our service.
2 Warranties by the User
2.1 I warrant and undertake to complete the consultation questionnaire relating to your condition contained on this website truthfully and honestly, disclosing all relevant information truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
2.2 I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that all the infortmation I have given Medical Prescriptions 2U is true and complete.
2.4 I am fully authorised to use this credit / debit card and I authorise you to charge my credit card the price of the product(s) as well as any other fees that you may charge to fulfil my order.
2.5 I understand this agreement becomes immediately void if I answer any question untruthfully.
3 Warranties by online MP2U Limited
3.1 We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by our doctors and relevant personnel, as stated for the purpose of treating your medical condition. Your valid prescription will then only be viewed and actioned by our UK pharmacy technicians and relevant personnel, under the professional guidance of MP2U Superintendent Hagop Yeramian, MRPharmS Registration Number 66942. Head Office: 262 Finney Lane, Heald Green, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 3QD, RPSGB Premises Registration Number 1029571. Our pharmacy was established in 1977 and from where all medication pursuant to any prescription issued by our licensed UK doctors, can then be dispensed by any of our licensed UK pharmacy technicians.
3.2 We warrant and undertake that any prescription that the doctor may issue or any medicine he may prescribe will only be filled by our UK registered pharmacist MRPS registration 66942. Prescriptions are submitted in encrypted form by electronic means to our designated pharmacy. The prescription will be sent bearing the digital signature of the prescribing doctor. You agree to such electronic transmission. Any medication that you may purchase will only be dispensed to you once the pharmacist is in possession of this prescription in accordance with the rules of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSOGB).
4 Intellectual Property
4.1 All material contained and presented on this website, including but not limited to text and graphics is the copyright or similar rights of Medical Prescriptions 2U, unless otherwise expressly stated.
4.2 We reserve the rights and strictly forbid any unauthorised use or duplication. Any statutorily authorised rights to print or download are strictly limited for your sole personal use. No material, however, can be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
4.3 Any copies of the pages of this website which you save, by any means whatsoever, can only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.
4.4 Unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing, you may not create a database in any form whatsoever of these web pages.
4.5 Operators of other websites may not set up hyperlinks to the home page of this website without the prior written consent of Medical Prescriptions 2U.

8 Returns Policy
8.1 It is prohibited to accept any returns of prescription medicine, unless we have sent you damaged, incorrect or faulty items. Therefore, it is imperative that you are positive that the medicine which you order is what you actually want or need and that it is suitable for you, if you are not sure or you have any questions or reservations, we advise you to consult your own doctor or physician prior to submitting your online consultation application.
8.2 In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note that your refund will be made via the same method used to pay for your order. Please be aware that credit/debit card will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order and that this procedure can take up to 7 working days for a refund to be received by your credit/debit card company. In any case your statutory rights are not affected.
